Why do I hear a groaning noise when I start my car and then leave for work in the morning?
On models with a compact anti-lock brake system (ABS) unit, the vehicle's ABS emits a brief grunt or groan when it does a self-check. The self-check occurs when a vehicle is backed up or driven forward after being started. The groaning noise associated with the ABS self-check is a normal characteristic; it doesn't mean there is a problem with the ABS.

How do I change the windshield wiper inserts?
Replacing your windshield wipers is a quick, relatively easy task. We recommend that you check the condition of your wiper blades at least every six months, although inspection of wiper blades is done in our Honda multi-point inspection with all services. Replace your wiper inserts if you find signs of cracking in the rubber, areas that are getting hard, or if they leave streaks and unwiped areas when used. If you are unsure of what kind to use, see your owner's manual or ask one of our team members. If you find you require assistance with changing your windshield wipers, one of our team members would be glad to help!
- Raise each wiper arm off the windshield, lifting the driver's side first, then the passenger's side. Do not open the hood when the wiper arms are raised, or you will damage the hood and the wiper arms.
- Disconnect the blade assembly from the wiper arm: Press and hold the lock tab. Slide the blade assembly toward the lock tab until it releases from the wiper arm. When replacing a wiper blade, make sure not to drop the wiper blade or wiper arm down on the windshield.
- Remove the blade from its holder by grasping the tabbed end of the blade. Pull firmly until the tabs come out of the holder.
- Examine the new wiper blades. If they have no plastic or metal reinforcement along the back edge, remove the metal reinforcement strips from the old wiper blade, and install them in the slots along the edge of the new blade. Make sure the three rubber tabs inside the blade fit to each notch of the rein-forcement.
- Place the top of the wiper blade on the end of the blade assembly, and slide the blade onto the assembly in the direction pointed to by the arrow. Make sure the blade is completely installed.
- Slide the wiper blade assembly onto the wiper arm. Make sure it locks in place.
- Lower the wiper arm down against the windshield, the passenger's side first, then the driver's side.
- Raise the wiper arm off the rear window.
- Disconnect the blade assembly from the wiper arm by pivoting the blade assembly upward.
- Pull one end of the blade out from the holder. Slide the blade out of the holder.
- Examine the new wiper blades. If they have no plastic or metal reinforcement along the back edge, remove the metal reinforcement strips from the old wiper blade, and install them in the slots along the edge of the new blade.
- Slide the new blade into the holder. Make sure it is engaged in the slot along its full length. Insert both ends of the blade into the holder. Make sure they are secure.
- Install the wiper blade assembly onto the wiper arm. Make sure it locks in place.
- Lower the wiper arm against the windshield.

The battery was disconnected from my vehicle and now my radio display is flashing "CODE" and the radio doesn't work. Where can I find my radio code?
If an audio unit with theft protection is disconnected from electrical power, you must enter a unique code into the unit or it will not work. This code and the audio unit's serial number are listed on the anti-theft ID card that comes with the vehicle. If this card is lost, you must obtain the audio unit serial number in order to get the radio code. Once you have the audio unit serial number, you can go to the Radio & Navigation System Micro-site to retrieve your radio code. Some newer vehicles allow you to retrieve the audio unit serial number electronically from the radio. Refer to your owner's manual for the specific procedure. Older vehicles (model year 2003 and older) require a visit to the dealer in order to retrieve the audio unit serial number. If dealer assistance is required to retrieve your serial number, the dealer will be able to provide the radio code as well.
For more information on how to retrieve your Radio or Navi code, go to the Radio & Navigation System Micro Site. For additional assistance, give our service department a call at 844-338-9632.
